Over the last few days and all this weekend the Winter Music Conference and Ultra are shaping up the scene all over Miami. WMC is the premier techno and dance music industry gathering in the world. Ultra is the biggest rave dance festival in the USA. While dance and techno are extremely popular in Europe, Australia and South America, Miami is the stronghold for the USA.
